Introduction
Gemma was introduced to us by her business partner who happens to be one of our customers. They had recently set up their recruitment business – Hayward Hawk and were extremely busy.
Gemma’s car was coming to the end of its lease and she was keen to upgrade to something a bit fancier! She didn’t have time to go car shopping so asked us if we could help.
Challenge
Her old Kia Sportage GT line was well suited as Gemma has two young kids. Both in car seats and at the time of getting the car were using buggies. The backseat and boot space proved to be very useful.
However, as time went on Gemma realised she didn’t need such a big car. The desire was to get something a bit sportier. Had to have 5 doors, decent boot and nice to look at.
Having worked in Audi many years ago, this was a manufacturer she knew and had an interest in.
Outcome
The first car we suggested was the Audi A5 Sportback S Line. With its low sleek appearance, this car is basically a 5 door Coupe. Being a hatchback, it was generous boot space but retains a sporty look.
As Gemma wasn’t doing big mileage we suggested she switch from diesel to petrol. The contract hire rates were stronger on this model and it made more sense for how little she drives.
We agreed a price, arranged the finance and booked delivery of this stunning white A5.
