Introduction
Word-of-mouth is a great way for us to obtain new clients and reassures us we are doing a good job. Happy customers then refer friends, family and colleagues. John was introduced to us by one of our customers.
John hadn’t leased a car before but was aware that many people around him where going down this route and bagging some great deals.
Challenge
We explained the various finance products available and discussed what cars were on offer or priced competitively at that time. John and his wife Robyn were expecting their first child and the main objective was to find a car that would be suitable for a child’s car seat and buggy in the boot. As a young man, John also wanted something that looked good and he enjoyed driving.
We arranged a test drive on a VW Tiguan and then headed over to Audi for another. In the end John went for an Audi A6 on lease. To add practicality, he chose the Avant (Estate) version. Stunning looking car in red and in our opinion looks better than the saloon! Audi estates are hard to beat!
Outcome
