Introduction
Warren and Paddy are connected on LinkedIn which lead to Warren getting in touch when his wife’s car was due for change.
They had gone in to the dealership to have a look and saw a stunning vw golf gti tcr sitting in the showroom. Knowing this special edition would be pricey they arranged a deal on a used car. However, the car had issues and they were very disappointed with the service they received; to the point the car was returned to the dealer and refunded.
Challenge
When we spoke to Warren we were quite shocked at the experience he’d had and were more than happy to help out.
At the time we had some GTI’s on a lease offer. We provided some quotes and agreed on a price. Unfortunately, when we went to order the car they were all sold out!
As they needed a car quickly, we were asked if we could find a low mileage used car and finance it on PCP. Quite often we source and finance used vehicles.
Outcome
The hunt for a vw golf gti began. We contacted several dealers and found the perfect car. Low mileage, great spec and the colour we wanted.
We arranged to meet at the dealership for a test drive. Warren was more than happy with the car so we negotiated a discount on his behalf, arranged the finance and booked the handover within a day or two.
